"Campeones del bilingüismo: Building justiça together" was held Saturday, March 7, 2026 at Windham High School, Connecticut. The conference featured Keynote Speaker Dr. Christine Leider who spoke about "Fostering a Critical Dynamic Idiolect in Dual Language Education (and Beyond)." The Opening Ceremony also presented a Certificate of Excellence to Amy Finsmith of Windham Public Schools.
Almost 400 registrants from over 10 states attended to learn from more than 50 sessions. Thank you to volunteers, staff, and the Conference Committee, including Conference Committee Chair Roberto Blanco García. Special thanks as well to the incredible and inspirational student and teacher music and dance performances, as well as our sponsors, especially our host sponsors Windham Public Schools and Eastern CT State University.
